A bundle of joy
It was raining a lot and Akshara was outside, stuck in the traffic, she desperately wanted to get home, since Natik is at home, Akshara was a very simple girl, who is very traditional, she always wanted to be at home, she wanted to go home to Natik, and tell the good news."Is there a short cut to go Sir?"
"Madam, everywhere there is a huge traffic, we will be late."
Akshara was sad, as she was getting late while she was stuck in the traffic, her phone started to ring, she quickly answered
"Hello"
"Darling, Where are you?"
"There is a lot of traffic, it is raining so hard, the cars are not even moving."
"Oh, Now, what did the doctor say?"
" I will tell you when i come home."
"Baby, tell me here, How was your scan?"
"Darling, Everything is fine, the baby is healthy, and the doctor even told me the gender."
"Darling, please tell me what is it a boy or a girl?"
"My love, I will tell you when i come home?"
Natik was really waiting to know what was it, Natik was a really a very happy go lucky person, he was tall, but a very slim guy, with a nice spiky hair... Natik was waiting for Akshara to come.
It was nine, and Akshara has still not come, He then thought to make some lovely dinner for her, she will be tiered when she gets back home. As he was making dinner, he heard the door opening, and she calling
"Baby, i am back home, finally at last."
Natik came close to her, and made her to sit down
"Relax for a bit, you must be exhausted."
"It's fine, I will have to get used to it another few weeks mor baby, Then you are going to become a Papa."
"Baby, tell me now, what is it a baby boy or a girl?"
"Darling, it is a girl."
Natik jumped up and down and said
" I am getting a princess, an Angel, she is going to be just like me."
"No, she is going to be just like me Natik, how dare you?"
"Darling, I want this baby girl to get everything in life, so have you decided a name?"
"No, by the way what shall we name her?"
" Oh well, let me check, there are some beautiful names?"
Natik was so excited, as he was searching the name of his baby girl, he was really looking forward to having his little princess in the arms. Natik was so engrossed in the names that he almost forgot dinner.
"Baby please eat?" Akshara said.
"My love, How was the dinner?"
"It was good, now you please eat.."
He started to eat and again searched... It was past midnight, he then got so fedup and just went to bed.
After a few weeks, Natik was packing Akshara clothes, as she was starting to get pains, Akshara was on bed rest, As Natik was packing, Akshra comes towards him and said
"Baby, How about Varsha?"
" Oh yeah, that's a nice name, by the way what does it mean?"
"it means Lucky."
"Oh nice, she will be our lucky princess then."
Akshara started to laugh, As she was laughing, suddenly she screams
"My water bag has broken."
"WHAT?"
"Baby, the princess is coming out."
"Love, breath."
Natik carried Akshara, and took her bag, and rushed out.
He made her get in the car, and said
"Baby, breath in and out, i am here. in a few hours you will be a mummy."
He rushed and drove fast as he could.
"We will reach in hospital in no time baby, hang on, keep on breathing, come on love, you can do it."
Akshara started to scream
"Baby, Hurry up, i cant take it."
" Five minutes baby."
As they reached Apollo Hospital, The nurses rused Akshara into the labor room, and kepp her on the bed,
Meanwhile, as Akshara was in the labor room, Natik started to call his parents to tell, you all will be grand parents very soon,
He rushed inside, and heard the doctors inside, so he was sitting outside, and waiting to hear the good news.
Half an hour, the doctors, came out and said
"Congratulations, your little princess has come out."
He jumped up and said
"Can I go see my wife and the little baby?"
"Yes, as he went inside, he straight went to the baby
"My princess, welcome to the world."
and hugged Akshara,
"You are the best, and brave, here is our little Princess" He said
Natik sent some photos to his family, and they were filled with happiness in their eyes.
"Varsha is my princess."
