It's a
bright warm sunny morning, while Aliya was in the kitchen making tea for her and Aditya, as
it's eight in the morning in Pune on a Sunday. Meanwhile Aditya was sitting on the
balcony and reading daily newspaper, while Aliya is a simple homely girl who sits at home and keep herself busy by doing household work. While Aliya was pouring tea for herself and Aditya, she felt faintish, Aliya wondered
“Why am I feeling faintish? Aliya wondered”
Aliya and
Aditya were married for a year, and Aliya's parents were always asking her to give good news, but she never wanted to rush. As Aliya kept two cups of tea and walked slowly to the balcony, she felt dizzy again, so then Aliya sat down and closed
her eyes for a while. Aditya saw her and then went next to her and gave her a warm hug and whispered
"You look beautiful today"
Aliya wore a long yellow dress, with some golden dust on it. That long dress suited her.
Aliya gave a smile and replied back
"Thank you and kissed Aditya
Aditya saw that Aliya looked pale, but he tried to make her smile.
“Baby, are
you feeling okay?”
There was
silence for a while, Aliya could not say a word, Aditya began worried. Aditya is a
self-made man. He was working as a marketing manager in the IT field,
“Baby, let’s
go inside.”
Aliya could
not get up, but she tried, as soon as she got up Aliya fell on Aditya arms,
‘Baby,
baby,” Aditya called.
Aditya
carried Aliya in his arms and ran inside and kept her on the sofa, and ran to the kitchen to fetch a glass of water. As he got the glass of water, he splashed on Aliya's face and whispered her name
“Baby, are
you okay?”
Aliya slowly
opened her eyes and started to look around and then looked at Aditya and said
“Adi, I am not feeling well.” Aliya's face was pale and she looked very weak.
Aditya
couldn’t resist t see Aliya like this and said to her
“I will take
an appointment with our doctor,”
“No Adi, I
don’t want to go today, is a Sunday, and all the doctors will be closed
“Now don’t
make me angry, we will have to go, Adiya said in a furious way
Aliya looked
at Aditiya and smiled at him in a very sweet and calm manner.
‘Adi, can I
tell you something?” Aliya Murmured.
“Yeah sure
tell me, baby.”
“I am
Pregnant.”
Aditya
looked at Aliya with a confused look and didn’t mention a word. Aliya kept her head on Aditiya shoulder and hugged him.
“Are, are
you sure about this baby?” Aditya said
“Yes, I have
been going through this for one month.”
“You should
have told me, we would have gone to the doctor.” Aliya smiled at
Aditya and replied
“No need to
go to the doctor, I have the pregnancy kit at home. I will check it.”
“Baby, come
on, now you will have to check it, get up now, shall I make a hot cup of Milk
for you, and then you will feel better.”
“No I don’t
feel like eating and drinking anything, let me first check and see.”
Aliya, Could
not get up, she was struggling, as it was 1 in the afternoon, Aditiya asked
Aliya
“Shall we
have lunch?”
“I don’t
feel hungry, I just want to check, can you help me to get up?”
Aditya lifted Aliya and took her inside the bedroom and then made her
search for the pregnancy kit,
“Darling, did
you see where the packet has gone?”
“Wait here,
it must be inside in the cupboard, don’t move.”
He smiled at
Aliya and checked inside the cupboard, to see it was there.”
“Here you
go, he said.”
He gave it
to Aliya, she went inside the bathroom and said
“Wait here I
shall be right back.” She smiled at Aditiya, and could not resist taking her
eyes out of him.
It was one
hour, as she came and there was a smile on her face, and
“What is it, baby?”
“ITS
POSITIVE,” Aliya whispered.
As they both
kissed each other and hugged,
Aditiya
carried her and was so happy that they are going to become parents.. finally at last MAMA AND PAPA.
