 It was a gloomy day outside, as Priya just got up, as the doctor told her to take rest more often, she hated being at home, but her husband Vicky just left to work, Janvi felt  not to any housework, she again fell back to sleep, as she was sleeping, she felt a kick inside

"Owww, baby, what happend?" She asked

And she laughed, Janvi couldn't sleep, as she got up, she heard her phone started to ring.

She slowly woke up, and walked up towards the phone, and then again she felt the baby kicking

"Baby, r u hungry?"

As she answered the phone

"Hello"

"Darling, you woke up?,

"Yes, I just woke up, did you eat your breakfast, when you left?"

"Yes, i ate, i left for you as well,"

"Thank you baby."

They both hung up the phone and Janvi went straight to the kitchen to see what Vicky made

As she saw, she said

"It is my favorite."

Janvi was working as a teacher, she belonged to a very low cast family, But she is a very beautiful girl, she was nearly about to get the baby within the few weeks. She couldnt believe that she will be a mom then

"How will my life be as a mother, will i be a good mother, how will i handle with the kid?" She was asking herself.

It was Half past three already, Janvi was tired after cleaning the house, she suddenly felt pain, so she went and slept.

It was six in the evening, ass she was sleeping, Vicky enters the room, and sees her sleeping,

"Baby." He called her slowly.

"Yea," Janvi slowly opens her eyes

"Are you feeling okay?"

"No, I am getting pains."

"Shall i take you to the hospital? He murmured.

"No."

He sits next to her, and holds her hand, when suddenly, he feels there is water all over the bed.
Vicky then gets up, and finds out where is the water coming from, suddenly Janvi screams

"Ouchhhhhhh,"

Vicky then knew that she is getting the baby,. He then Carries her, and takes her to the hospital, Apollo Hospital was close by, and he just had to cross the road.  He had started to take everything, and told her

"Everything is going to be alright." Vicky whispered

Janvi was screaming loudly, her pain was unbearable, she could not take it, as they entered the hospital, the nurses took her and ran to the labor room

" Crap man, It hurts." she started screaming a lot, Many people in the hospital were looking at her, and went outside.

Vicky didn't know what to do, h looked another way, and pretended he didn't know her.

As the Nurses kept her in the labor room, The doctor said

"Push."

"Push."

"Push Ms Janvi, come on you can do it."

She was screaming, and screaming, and then

"You got a baby girl." Dr Simran said.

With a painful labor, Janvi went asleep, and The Dr, Simran Came out and said

"Mr Vicky, Congratulations, you got a baby girl."
Vicky was thrilled.

It was a bright sunny day on a Monday, after a long nice weekend, Janvi was making breakfast for her loving husband Sameer, As Sameer was getting ready to go to work, Sameer was working with his father, as his father has garments factories all over India, Sameer family is very highly known, they wanted Sameer to marry the person who he is in love with, Sameer and Janvi fell in love during their college days, and now they are married for 2 years.

Janvi was a very highly educated girl, she studied a lot, and passed ou to be a engineer, but she couldn't work since she was pregenant.

"Baby is breakfast ready?" Sameer asked, and made a smile on his face.

"Yes, it is ready, Wait i will get it for you."

Sameer sat down, and started to read the paper, as Janvi got him the breakfast, and said

"Keep the paper away, and now start eating, you will get late otherwise."

Sameer kept the news paper away, and then ate. Sameer raised his eyebrows and gave Janvi a furious look. There was silence.

As Janvi was cleaning the house, she felt vomit is, so she stopped, and run to to the toilet, Sameer got up, and went straight to the toilet,

"Baby, r u okay?"

There was no response, he started to get worried, again he called

"Baby?"

"Yeah darling," She said slowly, and opened the door,

"Baby, what is wrong?"

"It's just the morning Sickness as you know."

"Darling, it is better you go to the doctor."

"Yeah i will go when you leave the office."

"No, you come with me, i will take you to the Hospital."

"Then what about your office?"

" I will take an off, and i will come with you to the hospital."

"Don't take an off, i will go alone, and i will be fine."

Again Janvi ran to the bathroom, and vomited,

"Let's go, otherwise you will gt worse."

"Wait i will get ready,"

"Fast now."

Janvi took out a blouse and wore comfortable pants, and then went towards the car.

As Sameer was sitting in the car, and then Janvi got in, she asked

"Did you take everything?"

"Yes."

Sameer drove as fast as he could, as he had to go to office.

"Baby, hope the doctor will say everything will be fine."

Janvi was quiet, she didn't want to talk.. Sameer started to get worried again, and he just had to get to the hospital.

It was 3, as they reached the office, Janvi went straight inside, and went straight into Dr. Preeti office

"Hello Janvi."

"Hi Dr. Preeti,"

"Lie down, and relax."

Janvi lied down on the bed and was just looking the ceiling, as after 5 minutes Sameer entered and told the doctor

"She has been Vomiting,

"Let me do a scan again."

As the doctor did the scan she sees two feet  and then twins faces, and she was shocked, she didn't know what to say, her eyes went big

"Dr, Preeti, what happend, is everything fine?"

"Ms. Janvi, you are having twins."

"What?" Janvi and Sameer screams.

" Is there any twins in your family?" Dr. Preeti asked.

"Yes, DR. My brother has twins.

"Then it must be the genetic."

Sameer hugged Janvi and Janvi was crying in joy. She yet couldn't believe that she is having twins.

It was raining a lot and Akshara was outside, stuck in the traffic, she desperately wanted to get home, since Natik is at home, Akshara was a very simple girl, who is very traditional, she always wanted  to be at home, she wanted to go home to Natik, and tell the good news.

"Is there a short cut to go Sir?"

"Madam, everywhere there is a huge traffic, we will be late."

Akshara was sad, as she was getting late while she was stuck in the traffic, her phone started to ring, she quickly answered

"Hello"

"Darling, Where are you?"

"There is a lot of traffic, it is raining so hard, the cars are not even moving."

"Oh, Now, what did the doctor say?"

" I will tell you when i come home."

"Baby, tell me here, How was your scan?"

"Darling, Everything is fine, the baby is healthy, and the doctor even told me the gender."

"Darling, please tell me what is it a boy or a girl?"

"My love, I will tell you when i come home?"

Natik was really waiting to know what was it, Natik was a really a very happy go lucky person, he was tall, but a very slim guy, with  a nice spiky hair... Natik was waiting for Akshara to come.

It was nine, and Akshara has still not come, He then thought to make some lovely dinner for her, she will  be tiered when she gets back home. As he was making dinner, he heard the door opening, and she calling

"Baby, i am back home, finally at last."

Natik came close to her, and made her to sit down

"Relax for a bit, you must be exhausted."

"It's fine, I will have to get used to it another few weeks mor baby, Then you are going to become a Papa."

"Baby, tell me now, what is it a baby boy or a girl?"

"Darling, it is a girl."

Natik jumped up and down and said

" I am getting a princess, an Angel, she is going to be just like me."

"No, she is going to be just like me Natik, how dare you?"

"Darling, I want this baby girl to get everything in life, so have you decided a name?"

"No, by the way what shall we name her?"

" Oh well, let me check, there are some beautiful names?"

Natik was so excited, as he was searching the name of his baby girl, he was really looking forward to having his little princess in the arms. Natik was so engrossed in the names that he almost forgot dinner.

"Baby please eat?" Akshara said.

"My love, How was the dinner?"

"It was good, now you please eat.."

He started to eat and again searched... It was past midnight, he then got so fedup and just went to bed.

After a few weeks, Natik was packing Akshara clothes, as she was starting to get pains, Akshara was on bed rest, As Natik was packing, Akshra comes towards him and said

"Baby, How about Varsha?"

" Oh yeah, that's a nice name, by the way what does it mean?"

"it means Lucky."

"Oh nice, she will be our lucky princess then."

Akshara started to laugh, As she was laughing, suddenly she screams

"My water bag has broken."

"WHAT?"

"Baby, the princess is coming out."

"Love, breath."

Natik carried Akshara, and took her bag, and rushed out.

He made her get in the car, and said

"Baby, breath in and out, i am here. in a few hours you will be a mummy."

He rushed and drove fast as he could.

"We will reach in hospital in no time baby, hang on, keep on breathing, come on love, you can do it."

Akshara started to scream

"Baby, Hurry up, i cant take it."

" Five minutes baby."

As they reached Apollo Hospital, The nurses rused Akshara into the labor room, and kepp her on the bed,

Meanwhile, as Akshara was in the labor room, Natik started to call his parents to tell, you all will be grand parents very soon,

He rushed inside, and heard the doctors inside, so he was sitting outside, and waiting to hear the good news.


Half an hour, the doctors, came out and said

"Congratulations, your little princess has come out."

He jumped up and said

"Can I go see my wife and the little baby?"

"Yes, as he went inside, he straight went to the baby

"My princess, welcome to the world."

and hugged Akshara,

"You are the best, and brave, here is our little Princess" He said

Natik sent some photos to his family, and they were filled with happiness in their eyes.

"Varsha is my princess."

It was six o'clock in the evening, in Pune, as Preeti was making dinner for Manal, Preeti had a very long day after work, as she was cooking, she felt the baby kick.

"Ouch," Preeti said.

After a few minutes Preeti started to laugh, Preeti was very fair and she had long hair, and she basically lived in Pune, but based in Punjab. Her parents was missing her, just few months Preeti got to know that she was pregnant. While cooking her phone started to ring, she then got so fed-up and went near to her phone to answer it.

"Hello"

"Sweet-heart, i am on my way, i shall be home within 15 minutes, Do you want anything from out?" Manal said.

"Alright, yes, i want mangoes, since i am craving for that, darling, is it okay?"

"Alright.' Manal laughed.

Preeti then cut the line and smiled, as she finished making her food, Preeti decides to go and rest,

"Alright, I shall watch a movie." She decided to herself.

Then Preeti switched on the TV, and sees  her favorite  movie on TV, she feels happy and starts watching, while watching she then hears the doorbell, she then thinks

"Who can it be at this time."

She slowly gets up and goes to open the door, she then sees Manal, He smiles at her, while opening the door.

"You are back? Preeti asked in a very surprisingly.

"Yes, I am,"

Manal was tall, dark, and has spiky hair. He was very fit, He has his own business, and wanted Preeti to live happily. As he came inside and kept his bag, he went straight to Preeti and hugged her, and whispered

"Do you know, How much i missed you today?"

"How much" Preeti Murmured, and smiled at Manal.

"A lot sweetheart, How is my little junior? Manal asked, and touch her stomach

"He has been kicking a lot today."

Manal laughed and sat down, he was really tired, and he was not feeling well. Preeti went to the kitchen and made his hot cup of tea, and also took out biscuits,

"Sweetheart?" He said

"Yes baby."

"Shall we go for a walk, it is a pleasant weather."

"Alright, first, you have your tea."

"Yes, i will have, i just feel like eating hot buns."

"Baby, from where will you get hot buns?"

"There is a shop, i saw when i was coming back, shall we try that?"

"Baby, I cant, you have?"

"Okay, by the way, how was your day?"

" I went to the doctors, and spent nearly the whole day there."

"Why? What did the doctor say?"

"She said that for me to be careful, since something will happen."

"What will happen?"

"I will have a miscarriage, so i need to be careful."

"Baby, i decided something?"

"What is it that you decided?"

"Shall we keep a maid?"

"Alright, I think we should."

As she poured the hot cup of tea, she felt drops of blood flowing, she was wodering

"Where is the blood coming from?" She taught to herself.

As she looked on the floor, there was all blood all over the floor, she then started shouting and screaming.

"Rahul"

Rahul ran towards her and then saw all blood all over the floor, He went slowly and took Preeti,, and said

"Let's rush to the hospital."

He carried her, and took all the stuff, he also made sure to take the house keys.

He then ran outside and caught a taxi right away, and made sure that Preeti got in first and then rushed

" Apollo Hospital."

Preeti was in severe pain, it was unbearable. She started to cry, and said

" Our baby is no more."

As there was no traffic, they reached fast, the nurses took Preeti straight to the operation theather, Rahul was in tears to see Preeti like this.

He could not wait, till the doctor's told what has happend

"Half an hour passed, as the Doctor came

"Mr Rahul, your baby is no more, your wife has had a miscarriage.

Rahul stood still and he could not say a word and sat down, with all his eyes full red.

Short Story 1: An unexpected Pregnancy

                          

It was a bright sunny day as Aliya was in the kitchen making tea for her and Aditiya, as it was eight in the morning in Pune on a Sunday. Aditya was sitting on the balcony, while Aliya was a really simple girl who liked to sit at home and do housework while she was pouring tea for herself and Aditiya, she started to feel dizzy, Aliya then thought

“Why all of us am I feeling dizzy?”

Aliya and Aditiya were married for about 1 year, and her parents were telling her to give some good news, but she never wanted to rush. As Aliya kept two cups of tea and went to the balcony, she again felt dizzy, so she sat down and just closed her eyes, Aditiya saw her and then went next to her

“Baby, are you feeling okay?”

There was silence, and Aliya could not talk, Aditiya was really worried, Aditya is a self-made man he was working as a marketing manager in the IT field,

“Baby, let’s go inside.”

Aliya could not get up, she fell on Aditiya.

‘Baby, baby,” Aditiya called.

Aditiya carried Aliya inside and kept her on the couch, and ran to the kitchen to get a glass of water. As he got the glass of water, he splashed on Aliya's face and called her again

“Baby, are you okay?”

Aliya slowly opened her eyes and started to look around and then looked at Aditiya and said

“Adi, I am feeling sick.” Aliya's face was pale and she looked very weak.

Aditya couldn’t resist t see Aliya like this and said to her

“I will take an appointment with our doctor,”

“No Adi, I don’t want to go today, is a Sunday, and all the doctors will be closed

“Now don’t make me angry, we will have to go, Adiya said in a furious way

Aliya looked at Aditiya and smiled at him in a very sweet and calm manner.

‘Adi, can I tell you something?” Aliya Murmured.

“Yeah sure tell me, baby.”

“I am Pregnant.”

Aditya looked at Aliya with a very confused look and didn’t say a word. Aliya kept her on Aditiya shoulder and hugged him tightly

“Are, are you sure about this baby girl?” Aditya said

“Yes, I have been going through this for one month.”

“You should have told me, and then we would have gone to the doctor.” Aliya smiled at Aditiya and said

“No need to go to the doctor, I have the pregnancy kit at home. I will check it.”

“Baby, come on, now you will have to check it, get up now, shall I make a hot cup of Milk for you, and then you will feel better.”

“No I don’t feel like eating and drinking anything, let me first check and see.”

Aliya, Could not get up, she was struggling, as it was 1 in the afternoon, Aditiya asked Aliya

“Shall we have lunch?”

“I don’t feel hungry, I just want to check, can you help me to get up?”

Aditya slowly lifted Aliya and took her inside the bedroom and then made her search for the pregnancy kit,

“Darling, did you see where the packet has gone?”

“Wait here, it must be inside in the cupboard, don’t move.”

He smiled at Aliya and checked inside the cupboard, to see it was there.”

“Here you go, he said.”

He gave it to Aliya, she went inside the bathroom and said

“Wait here I shall be right back.” She smiled at Aditiya, and could not resist taking her eyes out of him.

It was one hour, as she came and there was a smile on her face, and

“What is it, baby?”

“ITS POSITIVE,” Aliya whispered.

As they both kissed each other and hugged,

Aditiya carried her and was so happy that they are going to become parents..  finally at last MAMA AND PAPA.
